As Biruni Laboratory, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data; In the capacity of data controller, your personal data that we request in connection with our laboratory services and on a limited basis, within the framework of the purpose that requires processing; It will be used, recorded, preserved, shared only with the institutions that are legally authorized to request this personal data, transferred to third parties in the country or abroad, in the cases and conditions stipulated by the personal data protection law, transferred, classified and other than specified in the personal data protection law. We declare that it can be processed in different ways.
Purposes and legal reasons for the processing of your personal data by Biruni Laboratory; Within the scope of your application, based on your express consent, to prepare all records and documents for the purpose of carrying out the laboratory tests you have requested, comparing them with your previous results, sharing them with your doctor, other experts and third parties; According to the information retention, reporting and disclosure obligations stipulated by the legislation, relevant regulatory institutions and other authorities, and also according to article 47/1 of the Law No. 6698; It complies with the article “Personal data of those who apply to public and private health institutions and health professionals to receive health services, which they have to provide as a requirement of health care or the service provided to them, can be processed”.
For this purpose, persons/organizations to whom personal data can be transferred; Institutions or organizations permitted by the personal data law and other legislative provisions; public legal entities such as personal data protection agency, insurance companies, ministry of health; our subsidiaries and our direct or indirect domestic/foreign partners; As Biruni Laboratory, they are the other third parties that we receive services from cooperate with, and are jointly responsible with us for taking data security measures such as protecting all kinds of personal data, preventing unauthorized access and preventing their unlawful processing. Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, electronically, through out channels such as our website, e-mail or call center. Regarding your personal data, your personal data specified in article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law;

Biruni Laboratory takes the necessary measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access or loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction of this information. Biruni Laboratory undertakes to keep your personal data confidential, to take all necessary technical and administrative measures and to show due diligence to ensure confidentiality and security. Although Biruni Laboratory takes the necessary information security measures, if personal data is damaged or in the hands of third parties as a result of attacks on the system, Biruni Laboratory immediately notifies you and the Personal Data Protection Council. Service recipients have accepted and declared that they know that the accuracy and up-to-date preservation of the information they share is important in terms of exercising their rights on personal data under the personal data law and in terms of other relevant legislation, and that they will be entirely responsible for providing false information. Deletion, destruction or anonymization of your personal data; Information on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data processed for the purposes specified in the Personal Data Sharing Permission; When the purpose that requires processing according to Article 7/f.1 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data disappears, Article 9 specified in the “Regulation on the Processing and Privacy of Personal Health Data” is applied. According to article 138 of the Turkish Penal Code, it will be anonymized and used by us after the periods determined by the laws have passed. Biruni Laboratory may make changes in the “Information on the Protection of Personal Data/Personal Data Sharing Permission”. These changes become effective immediately after the amended new “Information on the Protection of Personal Data/Personal Data Sharing Permission” is posted on the website www.biruni.com.tr. Applicable law, competent courts and enforcement offices; “Information on the Protection of Personal Data/Personal Data Sharing Permission” is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute or dispute claim or demand regarding the matters contained herein, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices will be authorized. Service buyers accept, declare and undertake that they have read the “Information on the Protection of Personal Data / Permission to Share Personal Data” before receiving the service that they will comply with all the above-mentioned issues.
